Rishi Bajaj - Director
Rishi has worked exclusively for development and enterprise level solutions for banking over a decade. During this time, he has developed unrivalled search knowledge and a unique perspective on the growth and movement of the industry internationally. He has worked in corporate conglomerates like British Telecom, Barclays, ABN Amro, Royal Bank of Scotland and spent considerable amount of time at Accenture as well.
Rishi’s extensive experience has helped Refine grow in more ways than one. His keen eye for details and people management skills has helped Refine immensely to build a brand image that Refine is proud of.
Siladitya Gupta- Senior Marketing Manager
Siladitya has extensive experience in internet, email, and online marketing and international business development. He has experience in web analytics as well. He has handled a few of the largest online brands around the world. He is a quality management expert from a premier Indian institute with a Post Graduate diploma and an MBA in marketing.
Arnab Ganguly - Online Marketing Manger
Arnab is an Online Marketing Manager working on Strategy Building and Campaign Management. He is a Computer Engineer with specialty in Software Engineering and Process Management. He has been in Google for different conferences and contributes articles in different online portals. Arnab has a strong internet marketing background which is an indispensible asset to the company.
Varsha Kalra- Customer Relationship Manager
Having an experience of over a decade, Varsha had started of her career with NIIT and then moved on to Mastech. Currently working with Expedia, a well known client in the Travel and Tour industry, she has helped build a positive relationship which has lasted for over a year now.
She helps the company to track and organize its contacts with its current and prospective customers. She improves services provided to customers, and uses customer contact information for targeted marketing. Varsha brings a holistic approach to handling customer relationships which helps to retain our customers and build strong and meaningful relationships for a long term.
Avantika Malhotra- Business Development Manager
Conceptualizing customized web marketing plans for high end clients and giving them guaranteed lead generation proposals, Avantika has proved herself to be indispensable to the Refine family. Besides this she does a lot of research in Web Development and SEM domain. She has a bachelor’s degree in Economic (Honors) and Masters in Computer Applications.
Tanya Bera - People Manager
Armed with an MBA in Human Resource, Tanya is involved in the initiation and development of any new HR policy or procedure. Bringing notable improvement in employee retention and satisfaction, Tanya has excelled herself in improving employee morale. She has also played a major role in improving the benefits program or launch of new employee benefits in Refine. She has contributed significantly in planning effective strategies for screening and recruitment.
